Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at info@smashclear.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.

• The product must be in its original packaging

• The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@smashclear.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
